Does Qavah accept insurance? +
To give you complete control over your health journey, Qavah operates as a direct self-pay practice. By working outside the limitations and red tape of insurance companies, we can focus entirely on what’s best for you—without third-party restrictions, pre-authorizations, or surprise bills. We provide 100% transparent, upfront pricing for every service so you always know what to expect. Financing options coming soon.
How do membership payments work? +
Your initial fee covers your first month. Your monthly membership fee is due one month after your first visit, and every month after that.
Can I cancel my membership? +
Yes, at any time. There is no contract and you are never locked in. Just let us know at least 5 days before your next monthly payment, so there is time to stop it before it is drawn.
Can I be seen for more than one specialty at a time? +
Yes. We want to give each part of your care the time it deserves, so when a visit covers more than one specialty, the visit is scheduled for longer and its price reflects everything it includes.
Which option is right for me? +
That is what the first conversation is for. Book a consultation and we will talk through your symptoms, history and goals, then recommend the care that fits, whether that is a membership or a one-time service.
